Master Of Dental Surgery (MDS)
The applicant must have passed a BDS degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the DCI (Dental Council of India) and must be registered with any of the State Dental Councils across the country.
Besides the above requirement, NRIs and Foreign nationals are required to furnish proof of their NRI/foreigner status like :
- Copy of passport and student visa
- Proof of employment
- Attested copy of the passport of their parent/guardian/sponsor along with a sponsorship letter
- Foreign nationals will also require permission from Chhattisgarh Police (IG/DIG of Police).
Fee Structure :
Tuition fees for the BDS and MDS courses are in accordance with the norms laid down by the admission and fees fixation/regulatory committee under the Government of Chhattisgarh.
Admission fee, caution money, registration fee, internal examination fee, sports fee, medical examination fee, library fee, university examination fee, student welfare fund, etc., will be payable extra.
Refunds :
After successful completion of the BDS / MDS degree course, the caution money will be refunded. If a student desires to leave the college after confirmation of admission, the fees deposited by the student shall not be refunded. The student will have to deposit the entire course fee; only then will the candidate get back the original documents submitted at the time of admission.
Attendance :
Minimum 80% attendance is required in theory and practical/clinical in each and every subject in all years of study.
Rules of Conduct :
All the students are required to follow the rules of conduct laid down by the administration.
Anti-Ragging Policy :
The college administration has a strict zero-tolerance anti-ragging policy. Ragging of students in any form within or outside the college campus is strictly prohibited. Those found guilty of ragging will be dealt with in accordance with the law and can even be expelled from the college.
